"As there are many changes in the department right now, I will always hope full force is available during office hours. Therefore, please take note when you are applying for annual leave. Don't let your annual leave affect your work, or your colleague's work load.
Everyone have to prioritise your annual leave, and ask yourself do you really need to take this leave? Or you are just trying to clear your leaves? If you're just trying to clear your leave, then my advice to you is to hold it first....
And I know some of you already left very minimal days of leave left and its only March. Please save some in case you do not have enough for the year."
We are like ... WHAT??!! Take leave also cannot?? Sigh.... For people who have 34 days leave like my colleague, that can take a day's off from a 5 day work week almost everyweek (we have not add in Off-in-Lieu), she's trying to ask him to hold his leave clearing? And the funny thing is, we can only bring forward 10 days, and usually mid year and year end there're alot of business travellings... HOW??
Well... I do not have such problem yet.
So, just something to think about. :)
