Advance Birthday Celebration for Baby!

Since December, baby's been asking if I could change my flight for my Thailand trip. But since i've already made plans with Sze Peh, I chose not to. So I we celebrated his birthday in advance, at Sentosa's Siloso Beach Resort.

4th February 2012, Saturday.
We had Breakfast take-away from Macs, and headed to WGS for Alumni Band Practice, 8am. We left early from band cause I had to bring the two rascal for grooming at 1.30pm.

And to my surprise, baby is utmost willing to bring them to the grooming place together with me!! Happy max!!

YEAH Wintee !!

And Niki !!

Mr Niki look so sian cuz he didn't really liked being groomed.

Wintee also. Stressed up.

And there's a meow at the pet shop that look so pretty:

It belongs to the pet shop auntie. :)
We had lunch at the coffee shop while they were grooming.. And we finally sent the two back around 3pm. Decided to head down to Sembawang for a hair cut... And I went to wash my hair.

Cabbed down to Sentosa at 4.30pm.
And we checked in at 5pm. :)

Look at his smile! <3

I communicated with the Guest Relation Officer and got things done days in advance. The people there are really nice, they offered me various ways of making arrangements and provided me with sufficient information to get things done!
Baby was so happy when he see all these.

I'm so glad. :)

Happy Boy. ^^

And Happy Girl.
There are 32 balloons in total, 31 for him and 1 for me.
(cause he's 31 this year)

We took many many photos until around 6pm? And both of us were farmished! I decided to bring him to Ramen Play since he likes ramen, and its just located around RWS which is two stops away.

I don't know why but it seems like it's themed Alice In Wonderland. They got the cards, the teapot and a human in bunny suit displayed all around.

But the food is NICE!!!
Baby rated 4/5 !!

Baby Ordered a Chicken Katsu Curry Ramen

And mine was Cha Shu Double Boiled Ramen
SUPER NICE!! I like !!!
And I ordered Tebasaki and Yaki tori.
(no photos cuz we were busy eating after that.)

And we decided to head back to Hotel since it was only 9plus, and our movie starts at 12.30am.

The only thing bad about Siloso Beach Resort is that we need to take a 10mins walk down to Beach Station. They don't provide shuttle service, nor there is any buses that we can take. But its okay, it gave us a chance to slow walk and talk. :D

I fall asleep fast while baby watch television.
And since the last train to Vivo is 11.30pm, we headed out at 11pm to Vivo. Reach Vivo around 11.15pm and collected our tickets!

YES ITS GOLD CLASS!!
I've never been in there before and wanted to try it all along!!
He said he appreciated, but I kinda feel that this is a so wrong move.
Sigh ...... nevermind, lets not talk about it.

Starbucks for Coffee!!
We ordered the same drink!!

Not many guys like sweet stuff right? But my baby has got same tastebuds as me!! hehee.. We ordered Caramel Frap and a New York Cheese cake. <3 Talked and sat there to waste some time, and went to the bridge to continue wasting some time. :D

Ya, the bridge where he pops the question. <3
We watched Chronicals, a supposingly nice movie that is so recommended online. The only bad thing about the movie is the camera. Sigh... I felt like puking after watching that show because it was so shaky all along. But I really must say that the storyline was good! Plus the plot and effect, and how they lead us into understanding what's going on... :D

And because I didn't feel really well, we cabbed back into Sentosa and I fell asleep really fast upon hitting the bed. It was around 3am by then?

05 February 2012, Sunday.

I am an early bird, I wake up around 6am everyday by alarm, but on usual days I am awake by 7am because of the dogs. And this time, 7.15am. I was so reluctant to wake baby up cause he was so so tired. LOL, but I still did because of Breakfast! hahahaa ...

Their breakfast was pretty normal. I had toast like usual. And they have hotdogs and eggs, beans and glutinous rice.. But they didn't have Ham and Bacon!!! HUMPH!! (I'm not going back!!) LOLOL. Sigh....... I was looking forward to that actually.

But nevermind!
And after breakfast, we went walking by the beach. <3

(this is an ugly shot cuz of the glaring sun =.=)

BABY! <3

One more. :D
And while walking back to the resort, we saw peacock on top of a short building! Baby whistle to attract its attention and it opens its feather! So proud!!!!!! tsk* LOLOLOLOL

(Its not very clear cuz he's on top of the building, back facing us!)

And after walking awhile, we headed back to the resort...... and took more photos of the place! Siloso Beach Resort is an eco friendly resort. They have the longest landscape swimming pool in Singapore which used Filtered Spring water and filtered through natural Sand and goes through an Oxygenation & Salt Ionize process to cleanse the water.

They also have a huge water fall whereby contributing water to the pool:

I keep telling baby that I should've brought my swimming stuff along!

Below is the picture of the swimming pool just right infront of the waterfall.

And see the tree on the left side?
I'm amazed by how they built this resort among all the trees, drilling holes in the middle of the floor just because the tree is there and they didn't wanna cut them down. They also have a huge trunk growing from the floor to the ceiling at the recept area actually.

And the rooms:
They also have an un-utilized roof top which I feel its a waste. They could have done it up and make it into a massage parlor!

This resort is really kinda remoted. You won't be able to find the entrance if you were not driving! LOL. And it's surrounded by trees and flowers, and you'll get to see squirrels running around the trunks..

And they got a very nice stairs leading up to the rooms.

And so eco-friendly that there's a small (lizard or something) welcoming us at the pool side. O.O We think that he's doing sun-tanning! LOL XD There were some kids swimming and they saw it, splashes water at it to scare him away. Poor thing.

And I read online that they have villas of one and two bedrooms. They have private pools and jaccuzzi inside the villas itselfm but cost over thousand of dollars. Sigh... If only i'm that rich!

And they have outdoor gym.

And some rest area with ants that I didnt wanna lie on.

Went back to our rooms and we slept for another hour and got prepared for check out.

All the balloons arent' floating anymore. They sustained for more than 12hours and they are still beautiful. So we took more photos before leaving them with the resort.. Oh by the way, all the fresh flower petals are on the floor.

Checked out at 12nn, and waited for the shuttle service to RWS. :)

We waited for around 15mins and it brough us to St Michaels Hotel. It's just nearby to Universal Studios, and this was the hotel I initially wanted to book but it was full.

Since it was still early, so we walk around RWS...

And weather was so warm that we settled for a mango popsicle!

And Crystal Jade was just nearby, we settled our lunch there before heading into Universal Studios. :D I HAD MY XIAO LONG BAO FINALLY!!! lol ....

We ordered 6pcs! :D
And headed into USS right after that.

And I started smiling like a kid. Its like stepping into Dream world whereby you let aside your reality, work and stresses. Well... there's a kid in everyone! :D So... let the photos do the talkings here! <3

We took a Madagasca Water Log ride that was pretty interesting and then followed by the Merry-go-round. Baby said he've never ride on such large canopy before. hehehe.

And he look like a big kid enjoying his rides.

hahaha Look at the bananas!!!!

Aww.. and the moment we saw this, baby said "Niki-ly Nik!"
hehe.. cute!

And we que up for Enchanted Airways.
Its a little roller coaster that is a little terrifying.

I didn't like rides very much, especially those too exciting ones. I feel that my heart couldn't take it and I'm so afraid that it might just stop. So usually I'll abandon those 'interesting' ones. I don't wanna risk my life for fun.

And we went for the Shrek's 4D screening..

hehe... so fun!

I really like the gingerbread man so much that I almost bought it! But to think that it'll end up being NIki and Winter's toy, I dropped the idea. Instead, I bought a Shrek Tee which is so cuteeeee!! <3

And we went for the Mummy ride as per highlighted as "Interesting" by baby.

I'll never trust him again on these rides!!!!
HUMPH!!!

(he have tried this before and its interesting. Yes i agree on the concept and effect BUT!!! The roller coaster ride is way much scarier than the Enchanted Airways!!! ZZZZ!!! And..... hais. Baby accidentally hurt his back. Maybe a little strained.

We're almost at the end.. and we saw this!!!

YAY COTTON CANDY!! 've been telling baby for weeks that I wanna get cotton candy but we didn't come across it! And so happened that we see it here! :D

And baby keep laughing at me eat!
I dont know whyyy ~

I really like the way they decorated the streets, and how they fit the theme and fun together.

And I really thank the whoever that comes up with this idea of this whole universal studios thing. Really make me feel like a kid inside even though I didn't really take those rides..

We took a train back to Vivo, headed to Harbourfront Centre and cabbed back to my place. Baby decided to stay for another night with me. I'm so happy.

Niki and Wintee jumped like crazy kids upon seeing us by the door. Both of them were so excited and really, I miss them so much! Sometimes I just hope that I can bring thme along with me to everywhere I go. I think I'm crazy. But its true that I feel this way.

Well.... we had an early night, and off to work today for me like usual.

Shhh ...... there's one more thing I need to do. Will update again next week. *wink*
